This Privacy Policy is intended to provide notice at collection and describe your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights described in the Your U.S. State Privacy Rights and Additional Regional Disclosures sections below.

- third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not own or control; or
- information processed solely on behalf of third-party business partners where we act as a service provider.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information from several sources and in several categories.

- loyalty, reviews, and marketing platform providers;
- social media or identity providers when you connect an account; and
- data enrichment or list hygiene providers, where permitted by law.
D. Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. In limited situations, we may collect information that may be considered sensitive under certain laws, such as precise shipment-related contact details, account log-in credentials, or information needed for fraud prevention, age-gating, or legal compliance. We use such information only for permitted business purposes and as allowed by applicable law. California consumers may have rights related to the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
3. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, session replay tools, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in;
- remember your cart and preferences;
- measure site traffic and campaign performance;
- personalize content, product recommendations, and ads;
- understand usage patterns and improve the Services;
- detect fraud, security incidents, and errors; and
- support analytics and attribution across devices and channels.
Some of these technologies are operated by third parties, including analytics and advertising partners. Those partners may collect information over time and across different websites, apps, or services.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preference tools. Some features may not function properly if you disable certain cookies.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising, for the browser or device transmitting the signal. California DOJ recognizes GPC as one acceptable method for submitting an opt-out request for sale/sharing in applicable contexts.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- process purchases, returns, exchanges, pickups, refunds, and other transactions;

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and rights; and
- carry out any other purpose described at the time of collection.
We may combine information collected from different sources for these purposes.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures involving advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We provide opt-out rights where required. California and other U.S. state laws recognize such opt-outs, and multiple states increased enforcement focus into 2025–2026.
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers and contractors that help us operate our business, such as ecommerce providers, hosting providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud prevention vendors, analytics providers, customer support providers, marketing platforms, SMS providers, and IT/security vendors;
- Advertising and analytics partners for analytics, measurement, and marketing purposes;
- Affiliates and related entities for internal business operations;
- Business partners when you choose to participate in a co-branded offer, loyalty integration, review program, event, or promotion;
- Authorities, regulators, and law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, property, or the Services;
- Successors or transaction counterparties in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business; and
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
6. Categories of Personal Information Disclosed
In the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes:
- identifiers;
- contact information;
- commercial information and purchase history;
- internet or other electronic network activity information;
- approximate geolocation;
- loyalty or rewards information;
- customer service communications;
- device and browser information; and
- inferences used to personalize content or offers.
In the preceding 12 months, we may also have disclosed certain categories of personal information in ways that may be considered “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws, primarily through advertising and analytics technologies on our digital properties.
7. Marketing Communications
Email marketing
If you sign up for marketing emails, we may send promotional messages, product news, event information, loyalty content, or abandoned cart messages where permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe at any time by:
- clicking the unsubscribe link in a marketing email; or
- contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section.
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional or relationship messages, such as order updates, security notices, or legal notices.
SMS/MMS messaging
We may offer one or more text messaging programs for promotions, account alerts, or order updates. By opting in, you agree to receive autodialed or manually sent recurring text messages at the mobile number you provided, subject to applicable law and carrier requirements.
Program terms may include:
- message frequency varies;
- message and data rates may apply;
- consent is not a condition of purchase;
- text STOP to cancel and HELP for help;
- carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We retain records related to SMS consent, message delivery, and opt-out activity as reasonably necessary for compliance, troubleshooting, and analytics.
We do not share mobile numbers collected for SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Loyalty Programs, Reviews, Promotions, and User Content
If you join a loyalty or rewards program, submit a review, upload content, enter a contest, or participate in a promotion, we may collect and use your information to administer that program, display your content, verify eligibility, prevent abuse, and communicate with you.
Content you post publicly, such as product reviews or social media interactions, may be visible to others. Please avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information in public areas.
9. How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- complete transactions and provide requested Services;
- maintain appropriate business and financial records;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and regulatory obligations;
- resolve disputes; and
- detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and context. For example, order and tax records may be retained for multiple years, while certain marketing data may be kept for shorter periods, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance or security purposes.
When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of the information.
10. How We Protect Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, payment tokenization, logging and monitoring, multifactor authentication for appropriate administrative access, and security testing or risk management practices. NIST SP 800-53 remains a widely recognized control framework, and PCI SSC continues to publish PCI DSS v4.0.1 materials for payment-card security.
No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including California and certain other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to exceptions:
- the right to confirm whether we process your personal information;
- the right to access or know the personal information we collected about you;
- the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- the right to delete personal information;
- the right to obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;

- the right to opt out of certain profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable; and
- the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
As of 2026, the U.S. state privacy landscape continues to expand, including newer effective laws such as Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island as of January 1, 2026, alongside earlier state regimes.
